Mary Elizabeth Hardy, age 90, of Hardy Road in Irvine passed away Monday, June 11, 2018, at her home following a short illness. She was born January 30, 1928 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Elihue and Hallie Kirby. She was a homemaker and member of the Crystal Pentecostal Church. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Hardy. She is survived by:
1 Daughter: Mildred (Carlos) Townsend Estill Co.
2 Sons: Kiser (Mary Lou) Hardy Estill Co.
Leo Hardy Estill Co.
1 Brother: Lewis Kirby Estill Co.
10 Grandchildren 23 Great Grandchildren 14 Great-Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by 2 daughters; Patsy Luster, Mary Lois Hardy, 1 son, Arnold Hardy, 1 grandchild, Donnie Luster, 4 sisters; Alverta Ashcraft, Mattie Walters, Maggie Hardy, Chaney Riddell and 4 brothers; Joe, Hugh Jr., Mid and Robert Kirby.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 14, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose and Bro. Tony Riddell. Burial will be at the Hardy Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.

I know your hearts are broken but just imagine what a beautiful place she's in now with no pain no suffering, a place you all can go to one Day she was a wonderful woman and heaven surely gained a beautiful Angel, love you all and I hope Jesus gives you all strength through it all its never easy to loose someone we love God bless you all.

So very sorry for your loss. I was blessed to have met Elizabeth & I loved her very much. She was a wonderful lady that always made me laugh & feel at home when I was visiting. She always asked about my boys & wished them well. She was simply a wonderful strong woman. Heaven sure got a sweet soul. Sending thoughts & prayers ❤️

to all aunt Elizabeth. children and grandchildren I'm so sorry that your hearts are so broken .and that your lives will never be the same. but just know that she was a good Christian woman and that some day y'all can reunite with her in heaven.if y'all love and live for God as she did.
